LOTL's Mission and Programs

LOTL's mission is to empower Latinas to succeed in the technology industry. The organization achieves this mission through a variety of programs and initiatives, including:

  • Scholarships: LOTL provides scholarships to Latinas pursuing degrees in STEM fields.
  • Mentorship: LOTL connects Latinas with experienced mentors in the tech industry.
  • Education: LOTL offers workshops, training programs, and other educational resources to help Latinas develop their technical skills.
  • Networking: LOTL hosts events and gatherings to help Latinas connect with each other and with potential employers.

It also has a negative impact on the tech industry, which is missing out on the valuable contributions that Latinas could make.

LOTL is working to change this by increasing the number of Latinas in the tech workforce. By providing Latinas with the resources and support they need to succeed, LOTL is helping to create a more diverse and inclusive tech industry.

Meet the LOTL Team
